3 | Incompletely filled part | 1. The amount of glue injected is not enough for the product。 | 1. Increasing the amount of gule injected |
2. There is glue leakage in the die cavity | 2. Find out the glue leakage place, and fix it to make sure there will be no glue leakage anymore. | ||
3. The cold runner temperature is too high, the glue is vulcanized in the cold runner. | 3. Re-cleaning the cold runner, and lower down the cold runner temperature. | ||
